Wonderful video! Thank you for sharing. May I offer some advice on the homemade cheese? Instead of using a paper towel, use cheesecloth. Pour the cheese into the cloth-lined strainer draw up the corners of the cloth and tie them together in the center. Put a small plate on top of the wrapped cheese ball in the strainer and place a can of soup or something to weigh it down. The pressure will take out more whey and the cheese will be firmer. You can do this with yogurt as well to make yogurt cheese!
I lived in Japan for 3 years during the 1970's. My dad was in the Air Force and we were stationed in Misawa. I really enjoyed visiting the Parks and Nature Preserves. I really enjoyed being in the forested areas, especially where there were temples or shrines. I could feel an otherworldliness aura in those places.🥰🥰💖💖

Good try on the bagels, but next time after you make the dough ball, just poke a hole in the middle and stretch the dough until it looks like a bagel. It will stay together.
