Looks delicious! In all the recipes i’ve found they blend everything and it has no texture but I like how you added the onion in the end for a little crunch, amazing content!
I just took 21 of my hubby's habaneros his plant is still packed full and still producing here in the deep South. I tried my hand at habanero hot sauce oh my hotness. I make a chunky hot salsa too which is delicious, but I only put a few habas in that along with jalapenos. I canned up two batches of that prior to making this one jar of hot sauce for wings or whatever, but it's really super hot. Hubby loves it's though, he eats habanero raw.
Just a tip. Seeds aren’t the heat, it’s the placenta that pale connective stuff that holds the seeds. That’s the hot part just thought I’d throw that out there
@@rickyspanish4335 Best way to test ideas is to actually test them yourself. Go do a simple splash of vinegar and tomato versus Lemon juice and tomato and tell me which one tastes like salsa to you. 😁 NO cheating 🤗👍
I made this tonight, with: roasted Roma tomatoes, onion, garlic, 1 jalapeño, 1 Serrano, 1 habanero, then steeped 6 dried chile de arbol, 5 Jamones, 3 gualioss. Lime juice, SPG, cilantro, Made us choke.

He did use Lime as well, I assume he wanted to add more acidity with out more sour citrus? Not sure but I trust that Hank has a method to his madness.
