Twin Turbo is better then supercharged when your racing in highway, so you get to your top speed HIGHWE and Supercharged reduces 0-60 time so it’s for the drag race, I suggest using mobile garage to switch between the two when you do both races

If you will build a car for races like drag races, superchargers will help you more as you will usually stay at the lower end and not reach your top end, but if you will build a car for races like highway race where reaching your top speed faster will help, twin turbos will give you more advantage, for general use I think a twin turbos will be better but I prefer using superchargers for its whine (it sounds like a racing gear box because of its straight cut gears)

Supercharger has no difference with twin turbo at all, at least if you arent using a regera.
The only difference is the annoying sound while driving.
