Oracle Cloud - Load Personal Payment Method Details - HDL Part 16

Is there a template to generate the payload of the HDL ThirdPartyPersonalPaymentMethod

One last question, what happens is that I want to generate an HDL to create the external bank account and another to make the payment methods for ThirdPartyPersonalPaymentMethod pensions.
In the documentation it tells me:
1- Create the third person
2- Create the external bank account details.
In this part I generate it with the hdl that you mention in the video but when loading it it tells me that (You must provide an owner through the ExternalBankAccountOwner component when creating a bank account.
) What I did not understand here is if the two are loaded in a single HDL or if the ExternalBankAccount is separated first and then ExternalBankAccountOwner or if they are both in one.
I hope you can help me since it has been generating errors and I have not been able to solve it
