I love the channel and the video of you book shopping with your Mom is so cute. You look so much like her, she's so funny on camera and it was interesting to see what books you picked for each other.

I adore your channel and your style. I think it is so funny that our tastes are total opposites, I only ever gave 1* to your most favorite books- with two exceptions. We agree on Babel and If We Were Villains. Yay!
I just finished The Haunting of Ashburn House, it was the book of the month in a book club I’m in, and I really enjoyed it. It isn’t what I normally read but it was good. The twist was not what I had expected at all!
Thank you for the video I have read many of the books u mentioned and absolutely LOVED them. I will definitly pick some new ones up this autumn. I'd reccomend reading the Binding by bridget collins!!

LOVE these recommendations!! I just finished Spells for Forgetting a few hours ago (per your earlier recommendation) and OMG?! ❤I did not expect to love it as much as I did. The autumnal atmosphere was perfect, with the descriptions of the apple orchard and fresh fall vegetables😂hahah I was in heaven. Surprisingly good mystery too!! I loved Vampires of El Norte as well and cannottt wait to pick up The Hacienda along with the rest of the books on this list!
Speaking of The Starless Sea I heard that The Night Circus also has fall vibes I haven't read it yet though I plan to. Not sure if you're going to include this in the video I'm only in the beginning but wanted to mention it before I forgot. 😊
I'm 100 pages into Babel and it is immaculate!!! I truly love it. I'm also reading House with Good Bones and I'm 70 percent into the ebook and I liiike it but something is bugging me about it and perhaps you said it best - I like my haunted house stories with more paranormal elements. I like T Kingfisher's writing - but the snarky and very factual main character kinda takes me out of the creepy vibes. I'm still going to finish it because it's a short read. (Nettle and Bone will still be my favorite of hers though!) I've got Book Eaters and If We Were Villains on my radar for this fall (and more not on your list like VenCo and Mexican Gothic). I've read Bunny and Our Wives this summer and adored them. 5 stars each. I've yet to read a Seanan McGuire or Alix E Harrow book yet but I really really hope to get to those authors eventually!
I just finished M.L. Wang's (author of Sword of Kaigen) 'Blood over Bright Haven'. It's a dark academia and I can not recommend It enough. It's really good.

The cover intrigued me, it's an unusual book with a spectacular ending, I highly recommend it!

Starless Sea is one of my top 3 books of all time. It is, in a word, PERFECTION.
Once and future witches is one of my absolute favourites and I just wanna say the audio book is INCREDIBLE.
I don't think I'll be able to get to it this spooky season but I can't wait to read it one day!
