You do have to remember though, Ruka is supposedly the best dancer in the group so of course she would get more ‘spotlight’ in the dance meaning she would get more lines. Most of her lines are also adlibs too

To be fair Ruka's lines are mostly the "you" adlips where they also do the group dance break so she actually hasn't that many lines which gives her the spotlight
