I saw what the last audio was about and i wanted to say if you really have any arm problems or injury K I really hope you get better. Take care of yourself and it's okay if you can't make audios that often now, none of your listeners will mind that💛
Also, three months ago I broke my arm, I had a surgery and I had to do everything with one hand too so i know how that is, it can be hard to do even some basic stuff. Sometimes I still do some things with only one hand because my arm is not fully healed. I am still doing physical therapy in an attempt to restore as much function of the arm as possible. I have been doing physical therapy for almost two months now, and I am also doing it for the first time in my life AND i also have a metal in my arm (airports will be fun as K said:)). It sounds too unreal, how many things K described in that audio that are true for me too. At first I was also afraid to look at the wound, but now i just walk around with the scar from the stitches and from the surgery on me, clearly visible:) Anyways, I didn't expect K to do an audio like that and what he said was too true for me so i had to comment about it:) and if you really have any arm problems like i said I really hope you get better K. Even though you won't see this, i wish you the best💛

I've been on birth control pills for years now. I used to have terrible pain, heavy bleeding and I was irritable. Now I seldom have any pain and I'm rarely irritable.
