Kevin strikes me as the guy who has gone so fast for so long, that when he is out of a car he just loves everything that is slower. He will enjoy his retirement one day for sure.
Most racing drivers are huge fans of little hot hatches and low power rear wheel drive sports cars because they still handle good but they don’t care about speed at all because nothing that is road legal can even come close to the same acceleration feel of an F1 car or even a normal race car so any speed thrill they would get out of like a Lamborghini or Ferrari would be nonexistent so there’s no point in buying them, some still due to show off but that’s not the same…
@@darthbone8487 that would be awesome, the car is competitive this year, hoping we can just build off this year going forward! Back to back points weekends are good signs for sure!
I wish we had these kind of little inside videos every week (after or before a race) Mick and Kevin both seem like very nice drivers and they aren’t as “on” or performative as others which is relaxing to watch
Very interesting. Seems like a guy furious on track and in his work, but pretty easygoing in just about everything else in life. I would love to chat with him over a beer.
I did just that actually, but in an airplane and not with a beer and he was exactly like you described him. If I wouldn't have known it better, I would have never thought I was talking to a celebrity back then, so down to earth this guy, amazing.
Kevin seems like such a chill guy The Haas guys in general are always cool and trying their best, even with the stress they’re always going through I’m honestly happy they’ve been getting good results lately, they completely deserve it
KMag is into the history of racing and the people doing so. Nothing on the road can touch a F1 car and that is even ignoring, that the massive difference between driving on a road and a track what ever you're driving. Ie. road cars must be pretty boring to racing drivers.
I have always wanted to visit Denmark or Norway. Since I was little I had a great interest in Scandinavian Countries and the culture. I am from Puerto Rico@@kirsthinehenriksen6565
In the past kevin never smile. Thats the point many people dont like him. To be honest i were someone of those people. Since his comeback im cool with him. He is doing great stuff on track.
Kevin has really been a pretty happy guy, but he was in a shit car in 2019 and 2020. That would affect anyone's mood. The media was only interested in him when he was not pleased, we never got to see any smiles because of that. But if you followed him closely, you'd see plenty of happy moments.
Seems to me that him both being a year out of F1, but especially becoming a father, really started to change his outlook on life. He seems a lot calmer now.
I really hope Haas keep both Kevin and Mick as their drivers for many more years as I really do think Kevin has championships in him and that Mick can learn lots from him and will also prove Ferrari wrong if those rumours are true about the FFA 🙏🤞🏁🏆🏆
Kevin Magnussen, the only gift F1 fan have appreciated and rejoiced about from an Eastern European dictator in 2022. Vi elsker dig Magnusson! Kom så HAAS! 🇩🇰🇺🇸🇩🇪
The Vanwall is actually available to purchase from new. There's a company manufacturing a road-legal version of it in Peterborough. TopGear did a review of it. Look it up.
Kevin deserve the best and his daughter is so cute😍 Though Mick is a really sweet , talented boy and inherited lots of fame from his dad, Haas should put equal marketing resources to Kevin too! Kevin is really talented driver and good person!

Exactly what a guy! I hope Haas keep producing a car able to finish in the top 10. Seeing KMag and Mick in points makes me happy
dude just came back and your talking about him retiring??

@@TrustworthyFox37 Spot on. I know Michael Schumacher had Miata and that makes perfect sense to me.
I mean *"do not for smash my door"* is the funniest thing in the paddock. maybe not for Kevin but for all of us 💀
suck my balls man was also kinda funny even Hulk joked about it few times
Can you share this on here?
I honestly believe that with the right car, K-mag can win a chip.
Honestly if Haas could ever create a good enough car, I would love to see Kevin and Mick battle it out for the championship.

kmagggggg my fav driver on the grid, glad to see him doing well

Now we need one with Mick or Gunther 👀👏🏻
Love the answers. All of them very genuine and honest.
The thing I truly like seeing is Kevin smile. Such a genuine man and far better than Mazepin. So glad he's back racing.
So glad Kevs back in F1 he belongs here.
Let's go K-Mag & Haas! Hunt those giants down!

Glad he is back
"im not a massive car guy"
my brother in christ you drive cars for a living
There's a fine line between motorsport fans and car enthusiasts. I've come across people who are car guys but not motorsport fans and vice versa

I bet Kevin felt fast during Quali in Austria 2019
Has Kevin ever been to Flying Tiger Copenhagen? If so, did he like it? :D
Why is there a tractor in the back though
