oh bummer the end was cut short i was wanting to see what you were going to show lol oh well .... only thing that i need in my smaller hat notions bag that i like to carry is a row counter .... i actually use the simple ones that are round and have a hole threw them i attach some yarn threw it and then clip it on the bottom of my hat.... i really liked the idea of the felt to attach the needle to. i just throw a loose needle in a small mint tin and also holds my progress keepers and round markers in
I always carry a barrel style row counter with a ring. I use the ring to pin the counter to the project at the beginning of the right side row. Depending on the project, I usually carry locking stitch markers which can be used to secure a dropped stitch to be fixed later or a few stitches on hold, or they can be used as stitch markers. I also carry soft plastic ring style stitch markers. I often carry a DPN in a small size to use for cables or picked up stitches.
Is your LYS Pick Up Every Stitch? I know they have a shop dog named Purl. In my bag I have everything you have plus some progress keepers, needle stoppers, a row counter and a small fixed ruler for testing gauge.
