Welcome everyone, Thank you for visiting my channel. Today we are making a spanish omelette or tapa, tortilla, as some call it.
Recipe:
3 to 4 boiled potatoes
12 eggs
1/4 lb. Ham, sausage, or bacon. ( You can use all three if you like.)
1/2 Green pepper
1/2 small onion
1 pkg. Sazón
1 1/2 tsp. Adobo
1/4 tsp. black pepper
