Hello my name is Christopher, I'm a Hyla Distributor. Thank you for the great product review. I would love to give you a 20' hose to help with your steps. I can give you some pointers. Like putting a cup of Epsom salts in the water when you put your water in. It turns the Hyla into an Ionizer, game changer for the skin and respiratory system. Run Hyla twice a day as a purifier. Use Ventus on your bed, it vibrates and helps remove dust mites. You don't have to empty the tank every floor, but it definitely doesn't hurt. Thank you and have a blessed day
I'm literally running to get my Hyla right now to put Epsom salts in it-thank you! I have a cat with a magnesium deficiency, so that's perfect. I have the Ventus and haven't unboxed it yet - terrible! That's super sweet about the 20' hose, but I have another vacuum I can use for my stairs and use my Hyla everywhere else.
I have one and although super expensive, it's good quality and yes, it does absorb way more than any other vacuum I've used, be it bag-free or not. I don't scoop up the hairs or crap, but I bought a cheap strainer and empty that. I used it on my mattress and was surprised and glad it took out so much gunk... Thanks for the review.
@@Floppycats the dirt and horrid stuff that came out of my sofa and bed during a demo. Yes, a lot of money, but it’s working super well after almost 2 years. So much better than any traditional, with or without bag vacuum I ever had before. Plus the clean no dust out hepa filter or not…
@@edezagon ah ha - makes sense. i didn't get a demo. i just bought it. i need to do more with my couch, etc. i usually use my oreck and then drag this thing out for deeper cleaning. i should use it more often, but it's so cumbersome. how often do you use yours?
And by the way, you can buy a strainer that sits over the toilet to dump the dirt water out through. It catches all the solids and once you dumped the water out, you can just tap it off into the trash can. You can also get a special sink strainer at Walmart that does the same thing.
If you want better results for vacuuming your bed you need to use the other piece that has the electrical independent suction. You’ll be amaze! It goes in 3 inches deep into your mattress.
I have never seen a water filtration vacuum 🤔 interesting. Lots of people don’t realise that the older and cheaper vacuums throw so much of the stuff out into the air. Just an idea if people didn’t want to stick their hand in to get the stuff out, you could pour the water through a sieve, that would collect all the fur and fluff and some of the gritty stuff, obviously I would just keep the sieve for this use. The manufacturer should supply something like that with it. I just have the vacuums with HEPA filters, but I also have the big Dyson air purifier fan, that I run during and after vacuuming incase there’s stuff in the air, it’s one of my fave purchases, it gives air quality reports, I love when you can actually see if something working. Also yes the basket for attachments is a great idea, I have 2 vacuums, a carper washer and a steamer and the amount of attachments they all come with are useful, but a pain to store.
You can also use the blower side to blow out any clogs you might get in the vacuum hose if you happen to have an absurd amount of dog hair everywhere like we seem to have. There’s also an attachment I saw for your sink if it gets clogged. I’ve never tried it but it sounds handy.
great video! I am planning to buy this new model. I currently have a hyla N (model from 1998) for which I paid €1700 and to this day after 20+ years it still works and the only service it has had is the replacement of the power switch. Hyla is a really great vacuum cleaner and a great investment because it can last a very long time if it is regularly maintained. I maintain it in such a way that after each use I clean the separator, clean and dry the basin and keep the motor separate from the basin due to moisture
Will you keep your original one when you get the new one? Yes, I wipe everything down after I use it. And then let it all air dry for 24 hours before putting it back together and away. I bet the moisture thing causes a lot of problems if you just run it, dump it, put it back together and store it.
@@Floppycats Sorry I didn't reply I completely forgot😅 I bought the new Hyla est and I love it! I paid $2,500 for it and with it I got: a bag with all the accessories (floor brushes, electric brush for carpets, 3 hoses, a set for washing carpets, 10 essential oils, shampoo for washing carpets and hard floors and an electric brush for polishing parquet) I compared it with the Old hyla n from 1998 and I can say that I was pleasantly surprised. first of all, the new hyla is much quieter than the old version and is much easier to use. I tried vacuuming the carpet with the old hyla and an electric brush and after that I vacuumed the carpet again with the new hyla and the water was almost black! They also told me that the warranty is 15 years and I got an air purifier for free!! And yes I’ll keep my old hyla because it still works
@@Floppycats Yes, 15 years... I signed the contract and was told that the vacuum cleaner has a 10-year warranty on the electronics and a 15-year warranty on the motor.

Excellent review BTW after the mattress vacuum that grey stuff I mainly skin it’s seems gross but it’s a lot of skin and dust mites, don’t worry you shed the skin anyway and you put the mites in a watery grave!
The Hyla should not be kept in closet. That machine is designed to be used a minimum of twice a day. As an air purifier / humidifier, ionizer, eromizer, and sanitizer. If you turn on with remote it will automatically shut off after 35 minutes. Repeat twice a day. You can also get a outlet timer and program that timer to turn on twice a day. The hyla is an amazing vacuum, but it's much much more. We absolutely love our Hyla. You will have much less dust. I'm with Hyla so if you need anything or have any questions please reach out. I have had my Hyla GST for 10+ years and I swear by it. I recommend these machines to anyone for a variety of reasons. In all the time I’ve owned it I had one mishap, two days ago, the separator cracked and now the motor needs to be replaced. In all the time I’ve had this system I have put it through the ringer. Two growing boys, rowdy pets, family borrowing it, it fell down a flight of steps, etc. never stopped, never lost power, never under performed. I worked for Hyla for roughly seven years because I love the thing so much and I still joke about how I could take my ten year old unit into a home for a demo and it would still out-perform any current upright vacuums on the market. Congratulations on your EST. I’ll be switching mine out for the new model in a month or so. Yes they are expensive (price varies by location) but honestly, they price is worth it in the long run. Ten years ago my unit was selling for $2400 in MO. So essentially, I spent $20/month to have a sanitary, deeply cleaned home. Deal! Great review and very informative!!

Hi Lucas, if you are just looking for Air Purification, i would go for the Aera by HYLA - th-cam.com/video/oqCzkV7jCG4/w-d-xo.html . The water vacuum featured in this video, will also purify the air, however, it's much more expensive, so if you are just looking for air purification, then you can just buy the Aera. floppycats.co/hyla #affilliate
I’m confused about why water is needed for vacuuming. I love love love the head on this and flexibility! Going on cat furniture and cat beds and under the bed is incredible.
It’s just a way to collect the airborne dust and hair, etc. If you think about it, that’s what nature does outside too. You especially see that after it snows.
The Hyla EST is designed with a turbine that is self washable and it runs at 35,000 RPM. It turns a drop of water and fragments it into one million particles thereby trapping anything that finds in the air into the water. It’s magnificent because it creates a guisa effect similar to when it rains. I sell it. That’s why I know. It’s also patented.
I literally just paid 1500 for mine brand new hyla est, a dealer just left my house. He wanted over 3 grand I talked him down to 1500. 🤷 No way I woulda paid even 2k for it.
It’s literally an arm and a leg. Salesperson wanted 3k. I’ve seen online people that paid up to 4.5k and they give you the option of bringing people you know to buy them so yours become free. Like a pyramid scheme. The product is great, and I believe the real value is no more than 800 to 1k max.

The Geyser effect ensures optimal conditions for filtration by creating a mixture of droplets and dust particles around the HYLA Separator. The NEW HYLA DEFENDER (New Separator) has an additional effect! The innovatively designed DEFENDER blades cut larger water droplets into microdroplets and disperse them from the Defender rotating at high speed. Wanda, a 5 dollar christmas light timer will do that for you. Just make sure you set the timer to turn off before (is it 20 minutes) the Hyla's cutoff/standby mode, because then the hyla will need manually reset.
Our dose turns on and off, but that is for the air filtration part. I think it's so that the engine has a down time, so to not overheat.
Do you still use this, how do you like it years down the road? Seems legit for all reasons but hesitant
I do still use it and love it. It’s so great for getting under things and my house smells clean - like the dust is sucked into water and that gets the air cleaner. Plmk if you have any specific questions.
Didn’t you say in one video that’s when you bought this, the salesperson said people were trading on their new Rainbow vacs for a Hyla? I have a new Rainbow SRX and I am just not as impressed with it as I was with my last Rainbow. I like some of the features of the new Hyla.
Yes. Good memory. He did because I originally called to buy a refurbished Rainbow
We just bought 1 in November. I love it! Sure would have loved the price on Amazon better haha we paid $4,500 for ours from a salesman!!!
Oh wow! Yes, understood
From what i was told usually ones online are dupes???
Are u serious? A salesman was just here and I talked him down to 1500 for our hyla est. He quoted us a little over 3k and I said no way. Finally got him down to 1500 and sold.
I live in Puerto Rico and I’m a representative for the company. I say that you have done a great job at explaining how the aHyla works. However, the Hyla has about 7 more functions that most people don’t know. My wife and I are planning on setting an office in Ga and will be looking for salesman. I will you the best.
what are the 7 more functions?
Hello Adam, im from Puerto Rico and have been watching videos on the Hyla for a while to be able to familiarize myself with the system cause i will be going to an interview at the Inventus Corp offices Tuesday, and really want this job. Any recommendations for the interview? Someone told me there was a theoric test but wasn’t told what it’s about. Anyways love the system and hope to get the job. Espero q se encuentre bien en este momento por el paso del Huracán🙌🏽
@@smh40smh44 I hope you get the job too! !Buena suerte!
@@Floppycats thank you so much🙌🏽
@@smh40smh44 please let me know if you do!
Hyla is good🐸 I like it
Do you have the EST?
@@Floppycats no but I'm gonna buy it
How much does it cost & is it worth its cost?
Average price is $3995, and definitely worth it! It can depend though, and the person giving you a demo might have an offer. You can sign up for a Hyla demo here: floppycats.co/hyla #affilliate
Where can I get replacement parts for mine.
I need the natural brush and a wheel for my trolly that I lost.
Are you USA based? If so, Hyla North America can help - floppycats.co/3S7odER
I can't see the purpose of the water doing
It collects the dust, dirt and debris - it holds it all instead of a bag or no bag or water at all.
What price range do these run, new? Are the prices negotiable?
Around $4,000. They do have payment plans. And there might be a "deal" offered by the demo person that shows it to you if you buy that day. To get started you can click here to be connected to a demo person near you - floppycats.co/hyla #affilliate
Is this device good for air purification? Is there any other device that is better than that for it?
I did not understand if this device can stay turned on for 24h to clean the air, is that possible?
I got that much dust and fibers from vacuuming two rooms and a love seat. This is a great system. I don’t have any pets.
Oh good! Glad to hear it!
I'm curious if you have any issues with the fact that you use clumping cat litter and then vacuum with this water vacuum?
no, i have not.
The white stuff in the water from the blinds is probably from old dust the plastering.
could be...
Looks nice how much
mine was $1500 - but others tell me it's like $3500. so i don't know - it's sold through individual distributors.

The Best Air and Room Clraning System
anything i missed in this video?
Where did you buy your KYLA?
from a local distributor
I may have missed this in the video but what is a reasonable price for the Hyla? We got locked in at almost $4900. I feel like I got suckered!
I’m not sure. I paid $1500 for mine. I’ve heard I got a steal?
I literally just paid 1500 for mine brand new hyla est, a dealer just left my house. He wanted over 3 grand I talked him down to 1500. 🤷 No way I woulda paid even 2k for it.
how much does this vacuum cost at retail just asking out of interest please and thank you👍❤😁😻😻
It’s literally an arm and a leg.
Salesperson wanted 3k. I’ve seen online people that paid up to 4.5k and they give you the option of bringing people you know to buy them so yours become free. Like a pyramid scheme. The product is great, and I believe the real value is no more than 800 to 1k max.
Thanks very helpful video.
You’re welcome! Did you get one?
Nope not totally convinced just doing research.
@@CP-mj8wd understood! good luck with the research. hope you find what's right for you.
I have a rainbow cleaning system With 2 cats and 1 dog its amazing
yay! glad you love it!
Seems a bit pricy but it looks like it works very well!
definitely a bit pricey!!
What's the actual purpose of water?
To collect the dust and trap it
@@Floppycats normal vacuum cleaner is not collecting the dust?😂
@@AkselAnod Ha ha - it's like taking a dry rag to wipe up dirt or a wet rag. Wet rag works better and doesn't leave it behind. Nor does it cause additional allergens.
@@Floppycats how tf the water can help you with engine speed and suction force
@@AkselAnod These are probably questions for the manufacturer at this point. Feel free to reach out to them or the distributor in the USA - floppycats.co/HYLABUY
My cats have killed every vacuum that I bought.
what do you mean?
There is a better way of vacuuming underneath your bed without having to bend down.
do tell.
My cat quit vomiting when I added mineral oil to her food.
Oh nice! What mineral oil, brand, etc do you use?
Great for getting dirt. Horrible to dog hair.
how come? what kind of dog?
@@Floppycats I have border Collies. These are absolutely amazing machines. I use to sell them. I actually have the GST. They may be a different power head on the est but I'd imagine they are very similar. And I should say, dog hair off of carpet specifically. The hard wood attachment works amazingly for longer hair.
@@andrewkurvink I am not familiar with how long Border Collies' fur is, but my cats' fur is pretty long. They have a new thing available on the ESTs now, I don't have it, but wonder if it helps with Border Collies' fur.
@@Floppycats thank you for the heads up. I will look into it 🙂
@@andrewkurvink I looked it up for you and copied this from HYLA International's website: "THE NEW HYLA DEFENDER"!
THE NEW HYLA DEFENDER*! The air with dust particles enters the HYLA EST water pan through the inlet tube, creating an upward stream of water - the HYLA Geyser. These superfast and super small water droplets form a shield around the Defender that stops most dust particles even before they reach the Defender.
To celebrate the HYLA deflection shield technology and the new separator, we have given it a new name: HYLA DEFENDER!

$2500. I can’t even find a salesperson. 💜
It was from a salesperson/local distributor
I bought this vacuum and it was the worst vacuum I’ve ever bought
Sorry to hear that. What made it the worst one ever?
Um you know you can pour the cat hair down the toilet too… 🤮
Ha ha. It’s just dirty water and wet hair. I have old pipes and would prefer to remove hair than have to have Razor Rotor come out 😊
