a lot of people dont know that you dont really need motivation to do anything. if you wanna get in shape, go to the gym. dont even think about anything just do it. think about everything like taking a shower. you never really put thought or energy into it; it's just one of those things you do. if you treat work, school, or something as simple as cleaning your room like that, it feels easier. just start it then you'll wanna finish it. (unless you have severe diagnosed adhd)

For the last few months and weeks I have been noticing that all your videos are about "how to make your day/weekend/summer sick" etc. You should try a little and make videos on other topics as well.
