Does it work as a yt short? I've always felt that not being able to skip or seek took away from the viewing experience, or maybe that's just me...

@@TmLaner it could, but probably not
try making something entertaining or something interesting, and make it 10 -15 seconds

@@flxmerity kinda bad for me cuz I tend to make my animations longer, but I do have alot of short practice animations that I never upload. those could work as shorts maybe

Is this a skin? How to use the file?

The file is a .blend file, a blender project file. Inside you can find the model of the character, with the animation, and everything. If you want the skin you're going to have to unpack all the textures.
I custom made the skin myself so if your planning on using it on a vanilla minecraft character, It would be pretty difficult, because the skin was broken up into different layers to make it easier to model the characters clothes. You'd have to get each texture, then edit it to one image, and make it fit the normal vanilla minecraft model.
If i remember correctly there is the base skin color, then a clothing layer, and the hair itself is its own custom texture so you can't really convert that into minecraft format. You're gonna need some photoshopping skills to get the job done.
