This is an awesome game. The only thing missing is music while you are racing. When I was playing this game I would put on my own music on a stereo. Criminally underrated racing game though!

It really is a fun game. The first game didn't have music either, and I would do the same thing as a kid. Throw on some Deep Purple "Highway Star" or maybe some Metallica "Fuel" or some other driving songs and go to town!

I notice the similar aesthetic too. I'm honestly surprised with all the F-Zero hacks out there nobody recreated the new original tracks (not the F1 tracks, somebody already did that).

Only racing game I know that the AI is completely bandbox-like
