Hello! I am planning to pursue my MBA from Trinity Dublin. I have around 6 years of experience in the learning and development function under the HR sector. I am earning around 21LPA and I'm already leading small teams at an informal managerial position. Do you think someone like me has a good future in Ireland? How is the post MBA job market in Ireland?
Ireland has a good future for those having experience, and you have that. But the job market is highly competitive currently. I have no idea about HR salary scale in Ireland. It is better to get some advice from HR professionals in Ireland. Because quitting a 21LPA job is a big deal. If I were earning this much in India, I wouldn't have taken the risk. Anyway, it depends on you. Risk and struggles are part of life, and if you are ready for it, then you can come. But plan after doing your proper research. All the best :)

Mujhe Ireland aana ho to kya krna pdega
Job dhundho jo visa sponsor karde.
Bhaiya kuch youtubers kah rhe h Ireland jana worth it nhi h agar aap fresher ho chahe apke paas kitni bhi skill ho kyuki apko koi bhi entry level pe 30,000 euro se jyada nhi dega or critical skills visa ke liye Ireland govt ne threshold limit bhi increase kar di now tell me what's ur opinion on that
Haan sahi bol rhe hain. I agree with them. It can be challenging for freshers. IT & Medical sectors may offer higher salaries. And if you can't get critical skills, then you can apply for a general permit as well.
