Does anyone know why in-game on all the cars except the cvpi the liveries are blurry? looking in OpenIV it says 4k but in-game it looks blurry.
Check your settings and make sure nothing is on low.

That's up to your visual settings/graphics mods
SaintKiller135 well the other lights look amazing but the light bar is a little less bright then it should be.

He don’t sell them anymore but you could try 18chargval sense I know the liberty pack is 18charglib
Also most of the time the YTD and HI files name are the spawn code
