Ninjas doesn't really play anything from the Reserved List (maybe 1 Underground Sea), and tends to be basic-heavy to use Back to Basics. Also, 12-Post tends to be more wallet-friendly.

If the Entomb in game 2 did happen at Upkeep, then Temur would have had his land untapped. Untap happens before Upkeep and cannot be responded to in any way. Not that it mattered for the game but important to note
