Wow, the hand sanitizer worked like a charm! Thank you so much for posting this video, you saved my day. I had so much sap that somehow attached itself to the bottom of my sweatpants and all sorts of things were sticking to it LOL. I could not toss it in the wash even if I wanted to because there were all types of miscellaneous leaves and sticks on it. The hand sanitizer broke it down immediately. Not to mention the sticky sap got all over my hands too since I was trying to pluck all the leaves off of my pants LOL. The sticky stuff on my hands were so annoying. Your video seriously saved the day, I really appreciate your help!
This is amazing. It not only took the tree sap from clothing but also removed the sap from my vehicle. I used "Wish" hand sanitizer advanced formula. Many thanks guys.

Thank you! Saved me time and money. Packing a pair of hiking pants that got sap all over them for a trip. My other 2 pair are ripped and the waterproofing was worn down. Easy fix for my 3rd pair to take!
It worked! Got out some California pepper tree sap from the seat of my pants. Sap comes out of tree white, but on my clothing it turned black and looked like tar. Thank you~
It's the rubbing alcohol in the hand sanitizer. Works like magic 😊(but ALWAYS do a patch test in a hidden area of the garment FIRST, as some clothing dyes can be faded by alcohol, and some fabrics can be damaged)
Any clothes I wear in the outdoors, I'm not concerned about getting some tree sap or any other stains on. Throw em in the washer and whatever comes out, comes out, whatever doesn't is now part of the story

Just did this and it was like magic! I didn't even have to scrub, just lightly rubbed the fabric together and the sap melted away!
I was playing in the outdoors. Whilst dropping a duce, pants picked up some conifer sap. Lucky for me I had some hand sanitizer in my poop kit! 😉👍🏻
