I feel like people who say some shampoos and conditioners are bad for your hair don’t understand that everyone has different hair types and needs. it’s subjective, what might not work for your hair, may work for someone else. but your hair is goals! I’m trying to get mine that long

You're right about the hair mask, it's supposed to be used in the shower like you said. Idk why people do it before the shower it's really weird.

@@Bhad.k i think because people mistake these store bought hair masks with natural diy hair masks. For example sometimes i'll make my own hair mask with ingredients like mayo, eggs, yoghurt, banana, avocado etc and this is what i'll use before shampoo because if used after shampoo it'll just make my hair and scalp oily and smelly. But thats not the case with store bought hair masks - 1 these don't smell and 2 in order for them to proplerly penetrate the hair shaft and work its magic it needs to be applied onto freshly shampood hair.
