Hey Jp. Think this your first for the year? So I’ll say Happy New year 🎆. The front elevation is lovely. Grand staircase is right. Beautiful natural light on entry. Nice office. Different having a media room in the front of the house. I’m already lost. But enjoying this first primary. Amazing kitchen. And full circle tour of the first floor. Lovely outdoor kitchen, pool, seating and quite private. Grand spiral staircase and chandelier. Yes. You need a chair to sit after climbing those stairs 🤣. Great there’s an elevator. Beautiful first guest bedroom and en-suite. Primary sitting area, 3 closets, en-suite and bedroom amazing. These guest bedrooms and en-suites are amazing. Even the laundry room and the child’s room and en-suite nice. Thanks much and see you next video.
The outside of the home is Mediterranean/Italian, a home style which was popular in the 1990's, but at least the inside has been updated. I have a personal pet peeve against all the wood/light yellow marble that comes with Mediterranean style homes from that period.
