1 major issue: the ISU 152 didn't enter the war until Decrmber 1943, I learned this as I was selecting what model tanks I could put into my Kursk diorama. If it was the SU-122 or even the SU-76 I would be fine with it.

most Tiger 1 had modified engines that can run (Stadtgas System) or (Holzgas System) Tiger was a real gas eater back in those days.

Yes it was one of the fastest world war 2 the M18 is the fastest during ww2 but in modern day it would be the British Scorpion FV101 82 kph or 51 mph

Did it have a steering wheel, or two sticks, like tanks of the era.
The steering wheel turns the front wheels. But it has a 'limit' of turning, and if you pass that limit. The rear tracks would brake whichever side assisted with the hard turn.
