Tell your dad it is cool to see him working too. I enjoy learning more about the farming/milk life. Your channel is one of the few I follow on a regular basis. Keep up the good work!
I'm a regional truck driver been watching your channel since the beginning. Really like your channel thanks to you and your dad and all those who farm 🚜 and feed our country. Always enjoy all your videos. You talked quiting TH-cam don't do that I believe it's a learning experience also for viewers who don't know much about the farming life. You and your Dad keep it up America strong 🇺🇸.
My Dad was a daily household delivery (about 100 gallons) milkman...I always remember how dedicated our dairy farmer was 24/7 365 days a year.....drinking the fresh milk from the bottle on the way home from collection was one of life's pleasures.....respect to you all.
Your dad’s PA dutchy accent is always one of my favorite parts of the videos! And his new puppy seems to be adjusting well to life on the farm 👍 Thanks for sharing what you do!
I’ve been watching for years and remember that video. It’s so funny to see your dad helping out on camera, I remember early on when I wasn’t sure he thought this TH-cam thing was productive. You could kinda tell he wanted to get to work and not shoot video. It’s great to see him now more in the videos. So happy that you stuck with it. I’m not a farmer but I’m living out my dream of being one through you and Tom Pemberton. Both of you have great work ethic which is sorely missing in this country unfortunately. God bless to you and your family.
I was fortunate to work on a dairy farm during the late 1970’s early 1980’s in Annville Pa. That’s when I really learned how to work! Your channel brings back some great memories!
I’ve always appreciated your no nonsense way of doing youtube. No flashy intro or filler talk, just the good stuff. We like a good joke now and then too
I love your videos Eric as you take alot of pride in your operation and it shows and if they had best dairy farmer for your county I would vote for you. Keep up the good work and videos and I also love you and your dad working together and him letting you work into the operation.
That fertilizer looks yummy enough to put on pancakes lol. Always like to see your Dad in the videos. He and your Mom are the reason we get to enjoy watching you farm. Sure are glad that you stayed on the channel, Eric. We think the world of you buddy. The four legged supervisor is growing well. Thanks till next time.
It's Nice to see Youth really getting into Farming, I was born in 62 my Dad Starting Taken Taxes out of my Paycheck when I was 12 years old. In 90's we had over 75 thousands Acers, On my dad side his brothers and their sons, My dad and my brothers Farm 18 Thousands Acers. Just don't show the world the good side. Its a very very Hard Life. I hope your Dad Is very Proud of having you There. Through my life I have seen Ag Pilot Crash and Died and my Brother Flip a open cab tractor on him when he was 15. and other Death. Farming is Hard and A Costly Business. Keep up the Great work!!
Nice to see you using Dairyland Seed, the company is headquartered a couple of miles from our farm, and was started a couple miles away in the other direction.
Thanks for not quitting TH-cam! It's awesome entertainment, community and ministry. When you went to fast motion on the drilling my mind instantly went to "oh my, that does plant fast" 😂🤣😂 (good grief I'm talking like Chet from Larson Farms) You, your dad and your channel truly make the world a better place, thanks again
I am glad you didn't stop doing TH-cam. I really enjoy watching you work around the farm. In fact, I would really like more, and longer videos! Take care guys!!!
Do all farmers have such an amazing memory that you can remember all the ways the different equipment needs to be handled? I know you've grown up on the farm, but remembering how each piece of equipment must be set up before use is pretty great. Thanks for showing how the equipment needs adjusting and the set up. Really enjoy seeing that up close!
Eric.....we very much enjoy watching what goes on at your family dairy farm. My grandparents milked cows here in Iowa when I was small. I'm sure your dad is very proud! We love seeing your great teamwork 😎
Eric, we appreciate you continuing to share with us what y'all are up to on the farm. As a fellow dairyman, I feel that filming could be quite the hassle sometimes. Also, I like that your content could potentially reach people that have a bad outlook on farming. The ways that y'all do things hopefully help change their views on what farming is all about. Keep up the good work!
Eric I’m glad you stayed with your TH-cam channel I enjoy every time you post a video of the farm and your dad and his beautiful little puppy thank you stay safe
Eric, I'm glad you are continuing your channel. This is one of the most educational channels and very interesting. I enjoy each and every one of them. Thanks for sharing. 😀👏 Watching from Texas
Eric, you do such a nice job explaining what you are doing....it's such a pleasure to see how you have grown the last couple years I've been watching....love watching you and dad on the farm !!!
Thanks Eric for sharing the planting process. It's very interesting to see what, how, and where you plant different items in the field. I'm glad you stuck with TH-cam. It really shows us what goes into making the farm life work. The Jack Russell is really cute and stays by your father's side. Stay safe.
I really enjoy watching you and your family. esp. the puppy. I do learn about farming and how much work that you and your family. I have great respect for farmers now with your channel. Thank you
I've been following your channel for 2 years, I don't understand your language I don't lose any videos. I have a passion for animals .. greetings from Italy. Love you work, your dad number one ❤❤❤❤❤❤
I'm glad you kept the TH-cam thing going. I know it's a lot of work and a pain most of the time, but we all really appreciate it and hopefully it's been a good business decision. See you next time.
The best work is Field work. the smell of dirt being opened up. the smell of a diesel exhaust and watching the crops come to life, it's a beautiful thing and a great life, Thanks Eric, I'm glad you decided to stick around and film content for us. As a retired equipment operator myself I really appreciate your hard work, and the chance to ride along as you do your thing. Aloha and God bless🙏🤙🏼
I really appreciate your matter of fact presentation. I can only add, those things that may seem mundane or boring to you because you do it every day are amazingly interesting to someone like me who wanted to be a farmer, but my dad said no. That was 55 years ago.
10:03 I remember watching that video, man! So glad you have kept it going. So awesome to have seen you, the farm, and the channel grow. Been watching since my freshman year of college and I'm about to finish up my 3rd year. Growin and workin together 🤝
Eric good to see your face. You never disappoint !! Your in a great energetic mood. Your driving skills are great, never a show off. You backup your equipment into the spaces with ease. Your such a hard worker, please continue to be safe and healthy. I enjoy watching you in your daily posts. Your verbal skills have gotten good clear and interesting. Your humor comes thru which I like. Your dad is so calm and cool at least on camera. May you all have a prosperous Summer ahead. Tom in Minneapolis 4/13/22
I like how that planter worked, good job. That shop-vac did a quick and efficient work of the alfalfa seed, something you just never consider, taking out the left over seed. Good job on the video, I liked it, thanks for sharing, have a great night, stay safe.
Thanks for sharing your alfalfa seeding project. I was surprised to hear that you only get about 3 years out of a stand. Is that because of ground heave from freezing & thawing, or is it just because of low yields? I know alfalfa seed was super expensive back when I was farming….made me think they should treat the seed with a “gold color”instead of pink. The drill / seeder you rented looked to do a great job. You will know in a few weeks. I hope you have a safe & great spring and planting season!
Hey Eric, recently found your channel. I'm more of a city person traditionally but we recently moved more into the country. We have some chickens are have been working on learning veggie gardening over the last years. Watching your videos is really great, really like when your Dad is in the videos too. Trying to learn what I can from you all!
I like the channel because you have one of the most beautiful farms I watched maybe four or five different farm channels and some people it's like they don't have any consideration in what their farms look like I know that you do that strip farming because of you don't want to Croft to wash away and stuff but it has to be one of the most beautiful things on the face of earth when you do a drone in our filming
Always interesting to see different planting areas.. I'm still dealing with frozen ground and cleaning up from Sugaring here in Northern New Hampshire.
Great video Eric! Thanks for planting the seed and spreading the Good News with your heart and work. Happy Easter to you, your family, Megan, Ethan, Fonzie, and all of the 10th Gen team!
Eric, you give a lot of us older folks hope that the younger generation isn’t a bunch of “Portland trash”. I am glad you decided to stick with making videos, you are an inspiration. Thank you my friend, it is much appreciated
Can we have a life in a day with Eric? We've see Eric do farm stuff...what about Eric on a day off? Cook some breakfast, talk about some NBA...etc. Would like to know more about Eric and his family by seeing how they live. And what happened to those farm-Mountain-Dew?
I sub to you because there is none of that reality tv garbage on your channel. You are about the only one left that hasn't gone that direction. Plus, you aren't begging for money like the others are. That is why I let the ads run.
Between Just and Kidding! LOL You remembering the video where you almost quit is a testament to what can happen when you just keep going! Thanks for sharing and Happy Easter to you and the family!
I remember you saying you weren't sure if you you'd continue. We just moved here to retire in New Mexico. I just started watching youtube. I was kinda bummed you were thinking of quitting. I am so glad you stuck it out. Best to you and your family.
With the nitrogen component in fertilizer primarily coming from petroleum and natural gas, I’m surprised you didn’t mention the HUGE cost increases for your crops and fuel for general work. The apparent war against fossil fuels is having a major impact on our food chain, and requiring farmers like yourself to raise prices. Good job as always Eric. Mike
My dad and I love watching the videos. Curious how long did it take to full transfer over to all no till? And whats your advice for someone looking to go that direction??

Don’t stop with the videos. I grew up on a small dairy and now 30 some years later I miss it dearly.
You guys are the backbone of our country- all family farms 👌

Cool for the look back at the field from before and also for the puppy footage at the end 👍
we rented a drill like that last year for cover crop and wow that is an amazing drill!
Keep the great videos. I used to work on a dairy farm back in middle/high school and I sure miss the action.
I watch quite a few farming videos and I would say your format is the best. I always look forward to them.
Great awesome video Eric. That time of year again. Love planting , seeding alfalfa and orchard grass and clover ☘️ we seed
Thanks for sharing your time and teaching us the ways on the farm!

and even on sandwiches.
I sure am glad you decided to continue! Life would be far less rich without Eric humor! 5:56
“Between just and kidding” Now that one had me laughing
Might try starting each seg with a herd breakdown. Active millets, dry cows, heifers by age group, etc
Can we have a life in a day with Eric? We've see Eric do farm stuff...what about Eric on a day off? Cook some breakfast, talk about some NBA...etc. Would like to know more about Eric and his family by seeing how they live. And what happened to those farm-Mountain-Dew?
I describe to my sweet wife your operation and your TH-cam channel as the "Pennsylvania Dairy Guys That Do Everything The Correct Way!".
"Over a foot tall." lol. I really enjoy your channel. Relaxing to watch.
That is some nice looking crop, wish we had the same kind of growth. We had a severe drought tru winter so the growth is really slow.
I'm so glad you didn't give up on TH-cam. I like seeing your Dad's involvement on the video.
I sub to you because there is none of that reality tv garbage on your channel. You are about the only one left that hasn't gone that direction. Plus, you aren't begging for money like the others are. That is why I let the ads run.

Mike

Hi Eric and dad always working hard beautiful video and as always you and your dad and families all be safe 🇺🇸🇺🇸
I guess it's fun to get out in the fields. I have not
driven a tractor professionally in about 50 years.
