Don't put pressure on yourself to catch every word the first time your hear a statement. Focus on the key words, such as verbs and nouns, and then concentrate on 'grammar words', like articles and auxillary verbs, the next time you listen. I'm not sure what you mean in the first question, sorry. Regarding question two, no, it won't affect your mark if you use all 3 attempts.

this test is same for every student ..
It's not the same. The test adapts its questions according to the predicted language level of each test taker.
The college office needs a 100 score, I got 95-105 so I will be addmited or what?
Honestly, the best person to ask is the admissions officer of your college.
