Thanks for telling about your trip to Silverton. My mother in law and her family grew up in Ouray, Colorado and we pulled our tent trailer up there one summer to visit her family. We camped on a river right near the town. It was gorgeous up there. Being up at 10,000 feet in the mountains was amazing. So beautiful. I wouldn’t want to live there but it was fun to visit. I had forgotten about that trip until you mentioned it. Your WIPS and finishes are beautiful. I admire you for stitching and finishing the pears. You will have to tell us how the finishing goes. I’m looking forward to seeing your new release.
Really enjoy all your flosstubes Chris! Everything you stitch is lovely. You inspired me to purchase the Emily Call patterns and I started I am Brave right after your flosstube and I stitched it in beautiful variated DMC 115 in red. All finished in one day! Now on to the other one! Thank you for the enabling, and I have 3 of your patterns already that I need to get to. First one will be the small 2024 sampler!
You are a stitching machine, it's ok to exhale every once in awhile! I'm exhausted seeing all your finishes and designs! How thrilling to see your brother-in-law treasure finds in the town's museum. Great adventure! Happy stitching💚
lol well, I do get to stitch a few hours a day and I don’t plan to change that anytime soon - never stop something that brings you joy and peace, right?. Hope you’ve recovered 😆
I love seeing you and listening to your jibber-jabber! You stitch amazingly fast! I’ve been stitching Tis Spring by Brenda Gervais since 3/21 and am just about half done! Love your finish of Wisdom by Teresa Kogut, the blues are so pretty! Have a great day!
Enjoyed your video today. Especially the Silverton story, how neat for your husband. We love Silverton, have been many times, just this past summer we went😊 Love it!
Thank you for a wonderful video! You are amazing with all your finishes. Way to go! I am on auto-ship for Log Cabin Christmas. FQS is shipping block 2 on March 31 and schedule says block 3 on April 1. With Easter in there, not sure actually when, but keep your eyes peeled as block 3 might be soon. I think that might be a bear instead of a dog on Life on the Prairie piece. 😉 l loved the campfire story. That was really neat. Happy stitching, Chris. ❤
Hi,Chris! Your needle has been on fire! All those gorgeous finishes, wow! I enjoyed your video, thank you for updating us. ☺️ Happy new starting! Meline
I was thinking of you yesterday Chris, no joke. I started to work on Mrs. Campbell again last night as it was called for on my WIPCO board. And arggggg! I had started on the top right . And evidently when I went back to it last time I was looking at page 3. Not 4!!!!!! So I went a frogging. Tonight I can move forward and stitch.. I still have the sticky note attached to remind me as you suggested to change the Y. Great seeing you and all your lovely stitches.
I am new to the new cross stitch lingo. So if I’m sounding dumb it’s just I don’t know, but could you please tell me what a WIP GO IS.? I saw what I think your is your cross stitch planner and it interested me as I have issues with memory and organizing. I have disabilities due to a very bad surgery that went wrong. And cross stitching is something that I can do that calms me and allows me to focus makes me feel like my old self. Sorry for my rambling. I enjoy your vlogs. Thank you
Welcome and that's not dumb at all. I will talk about it in my next flosstube, but WIPGO is like a Bingo challenge of sorts, created by @jessiemariedoesstuff so check out her youtube channel for all the information on it. Basically you just pick projects and/or challenges to put on your board, she calls 2 numbers each month on the 25th and you mark it off when you complete whatever goal you set for yourself. Your board, your rules. I hope that helps! No need to apologize, it sounds like you've gone through some challenging times and I'm glad cross stitching helps - thank you for watching and commenting!
Your dry sense of humor just cracks me up. Love your WIPS.
You inspire me! So many beautiful stitches! Vonna Pfiefer has a fabulous tutorial on finishing a pear. Thank you for sharing! Happy Stitching!

What is “Wipgo”? I know what “wip” is -works in progress! But have never heard of wipgo!!
It’s like a bingo board for stitching - look for Jessie Marie Does Stuff/ Wipgo here on TH-cam and you’ll find all the info - she’s the creator of it.
