I do not intend any disrespect, however was the speedometer working properly? The top speed looks to be definitely above 100kmph, but 120kmph may be slightly erroneous unless you had a downhill segment there. What make is your speedometer? Is it a Yenkay? Also why is the ?accelerator cable on your Front brake lever? Be that as it may, kudos to you and your mechanic for a very finely tuned bike. However please do not leave the handle the way you did, if you are to do this again.
Thanks good worlds . Speedo is tested to best of standards also compared with digital apparatus . Yes it’s yenkey . We do have good guys to service these old speedos in Bangalore . The speed u see was done with pillion . To answer The throttle cable double you have . The throttle housing is from a jawa 360 penalka that does not run through handle like old Indian Jawas , we have placed it that that so that the throttle cable out let is over the cable .. this position helps in smooth cable cable operation. I understand that its not the power of stock yezdi, as stock yezdi from ancestors period are meant to go 90 to 100 and road kings will do 120 as they only play with points or ignition. Changing connector rod, enlarging the exhaust size in the bore are all meant for race tuning and its temporary. It will drop down the mileage and longitivity of the engine. Anyways is that point or cdi. Ipl piston or local piston?
@@shankar6891 nothing like that it depends on how knowledgeable the mechanics and you are to come at some optimum level to take the performance out also not compromising on reliability ... the greatest advantage u have with 2 stroke is they come with less parts in engine compare to 4 stroke hence the failure of parts also is less of to can find the right balance .... it’s some this like how skoda makes it’s cars ... lot of space for power available if u know how to balance the reliability and take them out .... all the best
Several comments to make here! first of all the headlight/speedometer console is not that of a CL2 but of a traditional D250 classic/ D250/Ideal Jawa 1977. Second of all, I'm willing to bet your speedometer is faulty as I'm very dubious you are going 120 kilometers an hour, looks more like 100ish! and finally dude wear gloves!

Cylinder port polishing is not engine tuning. Its something u play with head bore and piston. Stock yezdi is 100 to 110maximum
