People need to understand regardless of whether Keefe D beats the state case or not. Keefe D has admitted in a court of law for he has yet again signed his name to lying to the Fedz. You can not lie to the Fedz. You can play games with local law enforcement, but the Fedz don't play. They are going to and have the authority to charge Keefe D with the previous crime they gave him the proffer for and with lying to a federal agency. So , if this goes to court when the verdict is read. The Fedz will be sitting directly behind Keefe D, and before Keefe D is allowed to walk out of the courtroom. The Fedz will hand the balif charging documents and institute a federal hold. So Keefe D isn't going anywhere regardless of what anyone thinks. I could care less about what happens to Keefe with his age and history of colon cancer whi h in black men has high mortality rate the likelihood of Keefe D will live past 10 years isn't likely. Maybe some one should tell wack if you can't explain it simply, you don't understand it well. It's clear on all counts. Wack understood absolutely nothing. The idea one would hand over bank statements without understanding that judges have the latitude if something looks suspicious to call in an accountant for a better understanding as well as if something seems suspicious where it could be seen as attempting to lie/ falsify documents/ doctor documents/ act as middleman in order to obtain any sort of loan or bail. One could then be subject to charges as it's against the law to obtain any sort of loan or bail with false documents.
