६ महीने के बाद नवजात शिशु को क्या आहार दे ? Rashmi Poduval

नवजात शिशु के लिए सबसे महत्वपूर्ण होता है माँ का दूध। दूध के अलावा आप दूसरे आहार 6 महीने के बाद चालू कर सकते है। लेकिन 6 महीने के बाद कोनसा आहार दे सकते है ये सब इस वीडियो में Rashmi जी बताती है।
इस वीडियो में Rashmi जी बताती है की 6 महीने तक शिशु को सिर्फ स्तनपान करना चाहिए उसके बाद आप उसे breastfeeding के साथ दूसरी चीज़ें दे सकते है जो पोषण से भरपूर हो, fresh food हो और घर में बना हो | इसके अलावा वह कुछ tips बताती है जो एक माँ को ध्यान में रखना चाहिए जैसे माँ खुद भरपूर भोजन करे, दाल का पानी जैसी चीज़ों से बच्चो को अधिक nutrients नहीं मिलते, ज्यादा पानी वाली चीज़े नहीं देना है, खाना अच्छे से पका हुआ होना चाहिए, mesh किया हुआ हो आदि |
इसके बाद वह बताती है की कौन सा आहार दे सकते चावल से शुरुआत कर सकते है, baby rice दे सकते है, अलग अलग दाल और सब्ज़ियाँ दे सकते है | इसके साथ साथ वो खाना कैसे पका के देना है, किस तरह खिलाना है वो सब बताती है |
इसके अलावा इस वीडियो में rashmi जी और भी ऐसे खाने की चीज़े बताती है जिससे भरपूर proteins मिले | इसके साथ वो कुछ tips बताती है जो ध्यान में रख के ही बच्चे को ऊपर का खाना खिलाना चाहिए |
