Competition is stressful. Most Olympians don't have time for a real relationship until they retire because they practice the entire day every day of the week from what I know. I think that can affect any relationship. At least they are together as a skating couple. They most definitely could not have competed and won Gold if they didn't have a solid work foundation and friendship to begin with. I don't know of any other skate couples that have been together as long as they have and skate naturally very close together. I wish them the best.

Their skating was only enhanced by their love, partnership, marriage, and baby girl. They won Gold in the 1994 Olympic as parents of 2 yr old Daria❤️. I don’t think falling in love or being in love or showing that love will damage their performances. I think it will only enhance it, if anything. God bless them....
