懒人语 Why are you so rude? I think you misunderstood him. Maybe what he meant was : where is the safe points/places to fly a drone in SH without being ask by the police. I know for sure I will be questioned by the police if I fly the drone in the middle of Pudong or Puxi for example, too dangerous for other people. We need to register first with the police. Each place has its own law regarding to drones, usually we cannot fly our drones in city center (too crowded), near near military/govern complex, private properties, on the particular beaches etc.
