Fairly sure it’s Tom Owen Newcastle. He was almost unbeatable in the Silver Helmet series, so much so they changed the rules to allow his brother Joe who also rode for Newcastle to ride against him. That challenge took place at Cleveland Park Boro where Joe won 2-1, three of the best races I’d ever seen. Great riders even if they were our arch rivals. Thanks for the vid 👍
I didnt know who the two riders were . I reckoned one to be Neil Collins because of his hair style . I think I once saw Mike Ferraira win a pairs meeting at Halifax , I think he was with either Pete Murray , or Peter Prinsloo ? ❤❤❤❤❤❤
