Fantastic question! Short answer is that both your Sun and Rising (and Moon) can be true in different ways. Has your Rising sign reading always been the most accurate? Or do you sometimes find your Sun sign to be very accurate? Astrology is very complex and layered. I often find that both my rising and Sun can shed light on what’s happening. What feels most accurate?
@intuitivemedicine What happens to Leo is more accurate regarding the planets that stay for years in a sign, while the effects of Mercury or Venus is more true for my Virgo sun. For example with Saturn in my 8th house (as a Leo rising) we founded our company and bought a house with my husband this year. When Uranus was in my 1st house of Taurus moon years ago, I got divorced from my ex. Jupiter was in our 7th (we are both Leo ascendant) we got married. In my chart the houses are a mess 🤭, half one house in one sign, the other half in another, so when a planet is changing signs, I don't know what to expect, if it's relevant or not, because based on my chart the planet would go in the next house only years later.
