stamps not resetting makes a lot of sense actually, hardcore veterans unlocking most if not all pages of the new deluxe catalog won't stop them from playing the game regularly if they have already accumulated that many stamps in the first place. like at that point, they wouldve grinded the entire catalog within a week anyways.
It does make sense that stamps are not being reset cause about 60% of players don't usually have the time to play outlast trials so im glad that red barrel is taking this route instead.
Thats a fair argument, I always kept in mind the "not winning" regarding ppl that would cry that "theres nothing left to do" and that "the devs are lazy" and whatnot but your line of thinking makes a ton of sense.
Outlast trials is the only game I can think of that brings old stuff back for players that missed out while also bringing new stuff for og players and new.
This season is looking good so far, I really hope the whole Amelia thing is bigger than just an ending. Maybe this season marks the start of us exploring the Sinyala Facility with Amelia and throughout the updates this whole thing expands. And Pitcher looks amazing. Good video as well!
It does say that padlock container/doors can be unlocked using the jammer, i do believe we can shut off prime asset traps and land mines to a certain extent but im just guessing .
These are all great ideas mentioned here. I believe the right should be able to disable the Night-Vision ex-pop, forget what his name is. That would make the most sense. 🤷♂
I was hoping the new Rig was actually provided to the player by Amelia, since the concept of it kind of fits her character. Also, a "nuclear" family means a "normal" mother and father family i believe, not actual nuclear.

Lot of promising things coming up. I’m in the same boat about Amelia, I don’t think we’re gonna get an Escape just yet seeing as how we’re only in Season 2. I’m really interested in the Frame Icons, whatever “Terminal” means, and especially the Podium Poses. Been wanting to change my frame icon for a while. People complaining about the DLC Packs is crazy because of how much restraint Red Barrels has kept regarding their game. So far, those packs are the ONLY other things you’d pay real-world money for (aside from the game itself) and you can view all the items in your sleep room in-game to see if you feel they’re worth it or not.
I don't get why people get upset either about DLC packs, its not like outlast trials is a semi-micro transaction game where you gotta buy new content to enjoy the game, and if you wanna support the devs by buying then thats up to you.
I like skins. Tbh, I was underwhlemed with the Geister skins this season. It would be cool to see some skins for the prime assets, or even like an alternate weapon loadout for them as a variator. I need Leland with a pistol or an electric riot shield.

I imagine it would feel unfair, maybe if they notify when you reach the cap? Otherwise you might play a game to get stamp but not get any and the average player would feel played

IIRC, the problem was the last cap was on how many stamps you can earn in a day, rather than the total stamps you can own at once. that and it was stupidly low. Letting players breeze through the seasonal catalog in a day because of uncapped stamps won't help player retention. But we'll see if they jack up the prices to compensate.
I hope they change the reagent reborn system cuz what's the point of releasing a reagent if you get nothing out of it if it's just an ending it's kind of not worth it if you already got the ending So if you want to reborn your reagents there should be an incentive to do it Bonus stamps, new cosmetics, The reborn system needs to be changed cuz you used to get an outfit for a reborn now you get nothing hopefully they change that to where there's a purpose
I really don't know what to thing about this, when they added franco I thought new boss enemy, new levels and new traps, but seeing that this enemy is not a boss, I'm really curious what they will do wuth her

I’m sort of pissed about it, but don’t get me wrong, I’m very very very glad they are NOT resetting stamps. Besides, it’s my fault for believing rumors.
You werent believing a rumor, in the original patch notes for Project Lupara they said they will reset at the start of the season, its just they changed their mind Ig

It's simultaneously fair and unfair for players with more time to unlock an entire catalogue instantly, yet it's also unfair to jack up the stamp requirements just to target people with more free time, which would really screw over more casual players

HOPEFULLY the rig turns traps to your side so it only effects enemy's, maybe unlock containers as well

@PindaKikker most games with currency caps don't have this issue. it's just necessary. people get used to it.

Amelia is an NPC. Franco is still the prime asset on the new map. Remember; all the prime assets have at least 2 maps.
