I use a Ryzen 3 1300x, Geforce GTX 1050 Ti, and 16gb of ram. I can't get more than 30 fps on watch dogs with ultra settings, it takes medium settings to get a smooth 70 fps (high gets 40) :/ anyone know why? Edit: turns out it was set to low priority on my task manager XD
