How can we overcome metal corrosion caused by acid, which is due to the dissolved gases in steam condensate? Is there any optional device we can use instead of vacuum breaker? Generally, we see that dissolved gases in the condensate is one of the reason to damage heat exchangers.

How condensed returns to the system because pressure it drop when steam is condensed ?

Why not add a pump trap. The vent intruduces oxygen and gases into the system.
