Can you make the paint itself repel other paints with this? e.g. mix the paint with the masking medium, paint, then let it dry, and then other paints won't stick?

also, does it only work with watercolors or does it work with other paint types as well? e.g. can I paint acrylic over this and have it repel?

Masking fluid will not mix well when combined with paint, and would flake off and yellow if left on the paper for a while, it is made to be removed after paint has dried to reveal paper or color beneath it. Masking fluid will work with acrylic, if the paint is applied in thin layers. Thicker layers of paint will trap the masking fluid underneath.

⁠​⁠​⁠@@JerrysartaramaArtSupplyI think you are talking about removable one! Unfortunately permanent one never lifts of and dries yellowish dirt. It can be mix with watercolor according to an old video from winsor newton.
