DIY Makeup Brush Separator: Organize Your Brushes with Ease! Step-by-Step Guide

I love my Make Up For Ever brush holder, but the brushes often become a jumbled mess. This DIY separator is a quick and easy game-changer for keeping everything in place.
Materials Needed:
- Cardstock or cardboard (a cereal box works great)
- Ruler
- Pencil
- Scissors
Steps:
1. Measure the opening of your holder (width).
2. Measure the height of your holder (length).
3. Mark a line halfway over and halfway up on the cardstock. For my Make Up For Ever holder, the rectangle is 3.5 inches wide and 4.5 inches tall. So, I measured 1.75 inches over, then marked a line 2.25 inches up and cut this line.
4. Cut two pieces.
5. Slide one piece onto the other, then shimmy them into your brush holder.
And voila! You now have a makeup brush separator to keep your brushes and tools perfectly organized.
