This contemporary design is very simplistic in form giving, in order to make a lasting impression.
I like this property, it's stunning if not yet bought, I'll buy it by end of March 2023

Good day, we use a combination of Archicad and Lumion.
what did u use to build these 3D house?
Hi Khank. The house was modeled in ArchiCAD 22 and then rendered in Lumion 10. The post production then happens across a couple of different programs.

Its not for sale as its not yet built. Its about 2000m² and situated in Steyn City, so will probably sell for anything from R70-100 million once completed.
