Patriotic Hairstyle: Mini Star with Pigtails | Q's Hairdos

I love this adorable hairstyle for the 4th of July or any time you want something a little more fancy! This style took us about 15 minutes and it was inspired by Becky at Wispy Princess ( wispyprincess). The star may look complicated, but it's really pretty simple. Just follow along!
