An Indonesian in Sydney, you know Bali much more than I do. I’ve never been in Bali for more than 3 nights, hope to visit the island soon in December. I like your videos, please keep them coming, take care 😊 🙏🏻
Hi Bethany. I hope you get here in December and can squeeze in a few more days to really enjoy the place. But be careful as the islands grows on you and becomes a bit addictive. Thanks so much for dropping by, and thanks.
Hey monster. Thanks for taking the time to say hello, I appreciate it. I think even the most basic grasp of the Indonesian language gives the trips taken here much greater value. Thanks for the kind words.
Hi there. My wife and I have just discovered your chanel. We absolutely love your style. Kami ke bali sering kali Pak. Im up to about 700 words now and have a few teachers there (pelayan) Kami selalu tinggal di Ubud and Sanur and, in fact, are up there in about 10 days or so. Be well. We'll be watching you from here on 🙏🙏🙏
Hey Stephen. Really appreciate your kind words, thank you. Wow, seven hundred words - wish i was where you're at. You must be getting pretty excited about the trip with it being so close. Thanks so much for saying hi. Cheers.
@fiascodagama1 Yeah, a lot of words, but without practice, I don't know how to use them. 😔 So I wish I was where you are, more like 😎. I'll let you know if we're around for a coffee one morning. I'll just leave a message on your latest vid. We're on jl monkey forest
Do really love the ornate doorways, really shows the blandness of Western architecture now a days. I was going to ask about the food, I love street food but got unlucky last couple times in Asia, certainly weary of any kind of chicken or pork that has been sitting out.
Hey bluefish. Your timing is pretty good as I plan to take a look at street food sometime next week. And yeah, I agree with the contrast between the predictable and sterile nature of a lot of western architecture and Balinese buildings. Sorry to hear you had a bad run with some food in Asia, i think it happens to us all eventually. Thanks for dropping by as alaways.
Hey there, riverleigh, how are you? Thanks for continuing to say hello and offer your opinion - I value it! Hopefully the bahasa will improve quickly or you'll be hearing the same conversations every seond day. :) Thanks again.
No monkey forest for me after being bitten in Palawan without even seeing monkey. I never tire of the carvings&ornate doors 🚪 I popped into 9Angel Warung this year&felt like a fossil full of alternative crowd. I was curious as you pay per scoop of food,it would amuse me if you popped in for a budget meal. Cheers 🍻
Hi betty. Sorry to hear you got bitten, that must have been frightening. The crowds de seem to be younger, that's for sure. The nasi bunkus I eat is 70 cents a packet and really7 tasty. I'll try remember to get a cheap meal for you. Thanks as always for saying hi.
Wayne do you come across the 'Bubur Ketan Hitam ' sellers , That's one of the reasons Ikeep coming back to Bali ,Kopi A.B,C and a large plate of bubur ketan hitam .What a way to start your morning ,pure bliss ,do yourself a favour
Hi nunganungable. No, I haven't seen them, but then again i haven't really been looking for them as i'm not familiar with the food. But now I am thanks to you and I'll keep a look out for it. Thanks for the tip. Cheers
Your Indonesian is coming along , where you use the word "lihat" should be "rupa" or "muka" which means appearance or face. As in "mukamu mudah" (your face looks young.)

I'm going to Ubud Sunday Morning 🌄 😌
Hi tigergooner. I hope you have great stay.
Apparently most of the monyets moved elsewhere in search of food during coving as there were no tourists feeding them.
Ah, that would make sense if the monkeys did move elsewhere during covid. Cheers, steven.
Nice video
Mantap
Hey, Pangeran, thanks so much.
Great stuff and the bahasa adds a really useful insight as well.
