Hi Daqui, Albania is working hard to improve all of their roads. A lot of them are already done. At least the ones to populair destinations are. In the north we did not have any problems with the roads. If you go from Berat to Permet Google maps says you can go through the hills, but that is only possible with a 4x4 as the road changes into sand. We had to drive to the coast first and then go inland again. Have good time in Albania. You will love it!

Yes we have met others who did the same. But I cant give you any guarantee off course
