Love it!! This is almost exactly what we want - we want a 3 inch lift. Just need the next few years to go by so are closer to retirement. Love the fact they have updated the table, recirculating hot water heater, extra storage outside and outdoor lock.
Upgrade of $500 to get a convection microwave on a $150K trailer and it’s standard on a $30K Rpod! Beautiful trailer besides that. Could you provide tank sizes on your walk throughs?
I really like the upgrades, especially the circulating water heater. In terms of of inside storage, I prefer drawers instead of doors because full extension drawers bring everything to you as opposed to making you move things around (or get on your knees) to get what you’re looking for. The one upgrade I’d like to see is drawers under the twin beds. Nice job on the video, too.👏
Additionally, some CPAP machines are 12 volt compatible so a 12 volt receptacle would be a great addition to the bedroom to eliminate the inverter overhead if boondocking
Nice job, both of you. Chad, I think I heard you say the Inverter is only a 2000W, is that correct? If so, that's really too bad they didn't step it up to a 3,000W. On a trailer this size and this nice, it should have a 3000W Inverter.
3000w brings a new set of challenges. I believe, for 3000w you need at least 400ah of lithium batteries for it to work. The new Trade Wind does have a 3000w inverter and 810 ah of lithium batteries!
Chad and Laura, Again, thank you for the video. Good to see the inverted 110v receptacles by the bed. Are all the 110v receptacles now inverted? Also, what model Coleman AC are they using in the 2025? They have been flipping back and forth between Dometic, Coleman and GE, so I'm really interested in what they are now doing. Thanks.
You’re welcome! The Globetrotter uses the Coleman Mach. They used the Coleman on the Globetrotter for a years now. The GE is on the Flying Cloud, International and starting in 2025 the Caravel and Bambi. Thanks for watching! Make sure you subscribe!! :)
Hey Chad thanks for the great video your workin is very appreciative! QQ: the dining table leg on the main website picture is chrome color, but in all your videos it is kind of mat gray. Is there an option to choose chrome or stainless steel design?
Hey Chad, great review and beautiful Airstream. Does the globetrotter offer the desk in the front room by the TV as an option or is that only other models?
Not to pick on this video, but every review of travel trailers/motor homes etc has a lot of focus on storage. Isn’t enough to just say “ this trailer has a buncha storage” and leave it at that? Do we need to see every cubby hole? Ok, rant over, good video, I love airstream trailers.
We personally love seeing all the storage options as that helps determine what to expect with each model. Just my little opinion and keep up the great work. @@ChadsRVReviews
Always the best reviews for Airstream!
Wow, thanks!

That is a good point on the drawers, it’s definitely easier to get stuff in and out! Thanks for watching! -Laura
Is the water heater a propane only unit or does it use electricity as well? TIA

Very nice…but why didn’t they align the thermostat panel and light switch cover? Offset looks odd.
2 latches on the mirror! Finally!
Many owners are adding a hitch for electric bikes. Has airstream made changes to the frame to help with the added weight.
Airstreams says the 2024 and going forward you can a hitch but must stay 300 pounds or less.

@@ChadsRVReviews Yep. Understand. Thank you for the reply.
Great 👍 video 😂😂🫡👏👏🚐🚐🧳🧳👍👍👌👌
… and why are there never any shelves in the overhead bins in airstreams?

@@ChadsRVReviews Ok, thank you. Yep, been a Subscriber for awhile.
Great video and review. All good upgrades. I wish they would have kept the cooktop with the cover though.
We have mixed feelings about the cooktop cover! The good news - other models will continue to have the cover.

There isn't an option for chrome or stainless. So far, I've only seen the stainless come in.
@@ChadsRVReviews What is the leg paint in this video, particularly? Is it mat gray or stainless steel?
@@denisdzhindo2422 I would say mat gray.
What is the new 50 amp converter they changed to?
Very nice 🚙 😊
Hey Chad, great review and beautiful Airstream. Does the globetrotter offer the desk in the front room by the TV as an option or is that only other models?
It doesn’t from the factory. As if now only the Flying Cloud has that desk option.
@@ChadsRVReviews “From the factory”? Does someone else offer this after-market or why did you phrase it that way may I ask. Thank you all the same.
Love the videos. Do you have an idea of when a 2025 Globetrotter 30 will be arriving for a video?
Nope - but as soon as we get one, we'll make a video!
@@ChadsRVReviews Excellent as we will study every nook and cranny of all the space. :-)
Would love to see you do a review on a 2025 Pottery Barn! 😊
As soon as I have one I will make a review!!
So jealous of that water recirculator!!!
Yeah! It's nice upgrade!
I meant to add… Inverted circuits by the beds were in the 2024.5 update. We have them… I just ran out to look because I couldn’t remember!
@@ashleymorris2862 Cool! Good to know!!
Almost exactly what I’m looking for except the twin beds.
You can also option it with a queen!
@@ChadsRVReviews we want a Queen and would love to come see it when you get one on your lot. We are in Greenville, SC.
Did they ever figure out how to make the fridge door stay closed?
It’s very nice but the tv is in a very impractical location.
Chad, will the new 25' GT FBT have the same upgrades as the 27'?
Yep!
@@ChadsRVReviews OK, good. Thanks.
@@ChadsRVReviews I wish AS would update their website to show the Specs for the 2025 GT.
Airstream without a doubt is a great product, but my only big complaint is that it looks way to "Sterile" both outside & inside for me.
🙏♥️🤲
Very nice. Good to see that they’re starting to add the recirculating pump in other models. Maybe in the future all of them will have that.
I also hope to see them use the recirculating pump on other models!

“Ladies”… just say no to knickknacks!
Get rid of those horrible curtains, put a slide shade in place of it
Personally, I love the look of the curtains in the Globetrotter, but I'd be interested in seeing what it looks like with a slide shade!
-Laura
Lost me with the table that is the cheapest set up I have ever seen in a trailer
What do you expect? Just looked at one and found it to be well made.
Lance's desk was ripped off.
