This is beautiful Donny. Of course it helps having legendary drum machines, but being able to bring the magic out of them is what makes your music special. Really classy drum playing too! I definitely hear the Gadd!

Have you heard Prince, just exploring ideas on piano, during rehearsals? It's so inspiring. We lament the passing, of Prince Rogers Nelson, but his genius lives on, through the art he left behind. May his continuing journey, be a blessed one.

I'm in the same boat as Donny, I always dabbled with drums but didn't start to take them seriously until the covid lockdown. I used my stimulus money to buy myself a Roland TD-11 and have been having a blast ever since.
I just saw Donny, his brothers and Well Well Well in Boston. My girlfriend and I had an amazing time! Thank you Mr. Experience! 🎉🎉🎉

According to some, the LinnDrum sounds were sampled from real drums played specifically for the machine by Los Angeles drummer Art Wood, a friend of Linn, who played with Linn and musicians including Peter Frampton, Gary Wright, Cher, Tina Turner, Bette Midler and James Brown.
The drum samples are not by Steve Gadd as some people think!
