Hypocrisy thrives easily in christiandom. I start to deliberately deal with it in my life recently when I notice it cos it comes subtlely sometimes. Christians can easily slip into hypocrisy if you are not always truthful to yourself. Then if you don't think deeply, you will easily judge people. This also is hypocrisy. I try to appreciate where people are coming from and if it is too much for you to deal with point them to a counselor. That is how you yourself can be freed from the load of sin and hypocrisy you have been carry about for many years. True talk

In my opinion, Christian leaders( Pastors, Apostles, Evangelist, Prophets etc) should invest more time in leadership training. They need to learn how to protect people’s privacy, and learn how to refer members for professional counselling if need be.
