    Very interesting lessons like for me am doing the course of engineering so I have management has course on its on so for this lecturing I find it very helpful ❤ thanks

    Do you have a lecture on determining the number of observations?

    Hello po. Ask ko lang po sana kung paano kinukuha yung rating factor saka allowance factor? Baka po kasi in the near future magpantime study sakin.. hehe
    Salamat po.

      Hello! You can use westinghouse rating factor as your guide. We also have standard rating factors bases on working conditions. You may refer to the textbook of Andris Frievalds for the complete set :)

      @@EzrhaGodilano Nabanggit niyo po na pede kong gamitin yung mga tools na iyon for rating factors.. How about naman po sa allowance factor? Ano po maisa-suggest niyo? Salamat po.

    what is the normal time and observe time?

    • @EzrhaGodilano
      @EzrhaGodilano  ปีที่แล้ว

      Observed time (OT) is the actual time taken when you are timing a specific element or activity.
      Normal time (NT) is observed time with rating factor (RF) factored in the formula.
      NT = OT x RF

    Ma'am Good eve. I recently been given the task to handle multiple machine scheduling ano po ang dapat ko ireview maam?

    • @EzrhaGodilano

      Hello! If scheduling assigning jobs to machine, you can check Johnson’s algorithm for 2 machines, Extended Johnson’s for 3 machines, and Palmer’s Heuristics for more than 3 machines. I have those available in this channel :)

    how do you find or set rate factor?

    • @EzrhaGodilano
      @EzrhaGodilano  ปีที่แล้ว

      Rating factor will always be given in the problem. By default, if not present in the problem, it would be assumed to be 100%.

    Good eve. Pwede po ba pa check nung sample problem if ano ba talagang need na formula ang gamitin.
    The time study analyst at the ABC company developed the following snapback stopwatch readings where elemental performance rating was used. The Normal time for this element is 0.2816 .The allowance for this element was signed a value of 16 percent. What would be the standard time for this element?
    My answer is 0.3352.
    Is this right?
    Thanks. 😊

    • @EzrhaGodilano
      @EzrhaGodilano  4 ปีที่แล้ว

      Hi! We have two formulas to solve for the standard time, first is when allowance is added to the normal time, and the second is when it is taken as a fraction of a total work day. In your example, I think the proper formula to use is the first one, as elemental standard time yung hinihingi, which should be NT(1.16) which will result to 0.3267 :)

      Rizza Anne Nogales No problem! Yung first formula yung madalas ginagamit. yung keywords lang na “added” and “fraction of total workday or work period” yung palatandaan ko with my students :) if yung second formula, NT/(1-allowance) dapat
