A word of advice - wear protective gear and do not use the seatbelts. If it ever turns over you're strapped onto it and it will make the impact on your neck harder. That's precisely why competition go karts do not have seatbelts.
Charlie Kao track mode? Of you mean sport mode, you made need to drive it around to unlock it, or register, I dont remember what unlocked the sport mode

The kit I got was complete with the rear motor portion. It is sold with and without that, so you have options
