are you guys going to improve the lead time on parts and your support in general ? i am still waiting for the FFC Panel my expensive printer is been down for over a month with no reply on when i will get the part. i understand you are busy with your new products but if you are not going to support your old technologies just let us know. we can look for other brands that would.
I think something is missing or unclear. At 2:30 you take apart the hotend you just removed the heatsink from. Why? What parts are compatible with the new hotend? The nozzle, heat break, and heat block were all said to be bigger and longer than the original parts. Why not keep that one all together in case, for whatever reason, you want to put the old one back on.
The video also shows how to disassemble the hotend if you want to replace nozzle. The new nozzle does not work/fit in the previous heatblock and heatsink. The new hotend fits the previous extruder motor .

What is the length of the new nozzle with the v2.0 hotend. Are they 21mm from end to end? Thanks
