I wondered who she was myself. Agreed. She was an amazing cosplay. It obviously has something to do with the orient, but I don`t know what. I thought she had a touch of princess Amidala from Star Wars about her, but I`m sure that wasn`t who she was. Unless yin/yang symbols were part of the Star wars universe & I never heard!

Actually I`m just after seeing that the cosplayer you were asking about is Cat Whelan & apparently she was cosplaying as East Witch from Sakizou.
