After 18 amendent, 80% of budget allocated to the provinces for education,health sector and budget still kept in federal for these sectors,still declining...why?
Why not ask provinces what they are doing ? What are provincial governments of Sindh,balochistan are doing. Baloch always blame Punjab for everything,yes , bad things happen to them but why they don't ask their leaders.
Akbar bugti was actishon ,oxford graduate ,still no college in whole dera bugti .... he was MNA for almost 6 times and governer balochistan too..Why he didn't do anything for his peoples? Because he want to keep them illetrate.I am sorry but tribal system of balochistan and sindh is very much slavery based.People don't want to change themselves.
