I'm sincerely amazed by people playing on X-Plane, and this is a compliment. I come from MSFS, I tried X-Plane 12 for a few hours and couldn't convince myself to keep going, it's just not for me. It stil felt amazing in terms of physics though, that was clearly head and shoulders above MSFS (hope 2024 is better).

Well when you doctor x plane up enough in alot of ways it can be better than 2020. Like say for instance 2020's weather can be abit dramatic at times.
Xplane landings require more management whereas MSFS is on rails.

How do you get the snow?
Try the Four Seasons freeware mod. It scans the date and time and switches the ground texture to the corresponding season.
If only it stuttered this little on my pc!

It's the ZIBO mod for the default 737 . Also for XP12 it's the Ultimate 737 (737U)

The only thing xplane 12 is better at is its physics
and its file structure
and the textures (not ground)
And that's exactly why many people prefer it over msfs. If I want to accurately fly a plane I won't go and do it in ace combat will I?
