  • In this video I unbox and test drive my new HSP Flying Fish Drift Car. It goes like a rocket, but cheap and nasty parts are a bit of a disappointment.

Cool. Probably why we are both having issues with the rear end being so loose! Thanks for stopping by, mate!😁💯

@@MattsHobbyWorkshop i tried thicker grease in the diffs and it didn’t help much. Hope the radio with a gyro works. Been rain every since I put the radio in my Redcat.

Yeah, it certainly has the look! Hard to keep straight, though LOL. I must get round to rebuilding it one day (currently in pieces). Cheers for watching, mate!👍😁👍

Get yourself some foam tyres and gradually pull the throttle till full speed and you will find you will get great runs at about 60k with 3s lipo. Hope this helps.

Cheers mate! Sure does help! I've got some contact foam tyres now, but they are going on my new 144001 build. I'll have to give them a try on this car, too! Cheers for watching, mate!👍😁👍💯

Exactly! Which I really sucked at at that point LOL. I'd only been back in the hobby a few weeks at that stage, and as you can see, ridiculously rusty!🤪👍💯

@@MattsHobbyWorkshop even when it was brushed it was doing those power slides like yours but I installed a gyro and it was more controllable
